Vermintide 2 Will Be Getting the Tower of Treachery Free DLC to Finish up the Treacherous Adventure Saga.
MMOBEEP found out that Warhammer: Vermintide 2 will getting a Brand-new free DLC, Tower of Treachery. With a console version, this brand-new update will also be on PC on March 28th.
Developer Fatshark states this Brand-new follow-up to the last Trail of Treachery update will complete the Treacherous Adventure saga. It contains a Brand-new antagonist, the necromancer Sofia Fuegonasus, whom the Ubersreik 5 will ultimately come to face when they examine some bizarre developments. Sofia will be hard to find or defeat, so make sure your team is well-equipped and prepared when starting this second chapter.
This update will also add a Brand-new mission to complete this storyline,13 Brand-new in-game challenges, and finished the two-adventure map set.
There’s a brand-new teaser alongside the update to show off the chaos and challenge and explain why Sofia and her plans might be so treacherous. On more significant difficulties, expect this climb up the tower to have many more challenges.
Fatshark producer Sacha Karsenty, in a recent article, states, “After releasing the first part of the adventure with Trail of Treachery, we’re super intrigued to see the players’ reaction to this second and final installment. A lot of work and passion has gone into creating this new villain, Sofia — hopefully, our players will like her as much as we do.”
Tower of Treachery heeds the fifth anniversary of Vermintide 2, which released in 2018. The Brand-new DLC update will be free for every Vermintide 2 owner. Console versions will arrive on March 28th, while the PC version releases sometime in early Q2.
