Last Oasis goes offline temporarily in order to fix server issues as MMOBEEP found out on their Steam page.
Last Oasis was released on Steam as an early access title on March 26th. The post-apocalyptic survival sandbox MMO has been receiving complaints from Steam reviewers for having a bad server capability. A lot of players reported not being able to play because of long que times as well as client crashes.
As feedback to these problems, the game developer, Donkey Crew uploaded a video clip announcing that the game will be offline for “about seven days” to make sure that their coders can have some sleep and also effectively deal with the problems.
Many of the people who were able to play the game reported that Last Oasis is an amazing game. Reviews can be checked on the official Steam page.
“A lot of you mentioned this is not how an Early Access game should launch and we fully agree. This is not how an Early Access game should launch. So we’ve decided that everyone unhappy with the current state of the game should get a full refund, regardless of in-game hours, no questions asked. Just head to Steam to do that.”
