Albion Online Mobile Version Planned To Launch Soon, Players Numbers Surpass 140K Daily.
After the Call to Arms update released earlier this month, Albion Online developer Sandbox Interactive declared the highest player digits in the game’s history. The developer announced that the game’s common daily player count passed 140,00 players in an article.
The highest cumulative sum before that was 125,000 daily players last fall, following a year of continued growth, some of which may be connected to pandemic lockdowns. Another growth is connected to the game’s third anniversary and the Rise of Avalon update, and additional language support for the game.
Understanding all of this, Sandbox Interactive now plans to launch a mobile version of the game on iOS and Android, which should come later this summer.
